Blindness to enemies on same block

How do I make everyone in a one block radius of the player executing the command thats not on their team get blindness so if I'm on coords 1,0,1 and my team mate is on coords 1,0,1 and an enemy is on the coords 1,0,1 then only the enemy would get blindness.
