How do i get everyone with the tag deads head on 1.21.1

I have came up with this command execute as @a[tag=dead] at @s run give @p minecraft:player_head{minecraft:profile:{name:"@s"}} however that just gives me the player @s's Head, if possible i also want to rename the players head to just their username
