Cause confetti creepers datapack to not work on charged creepersr

The config was originally this, and my friend told me to change it to something else, which i can post, it didnt work unfortunately, and our main goal is to make it so creepers still function like the datapacks intention and charged creepers dont for a farm. thanks for the patience and support
