How to change function permission level when using multiverse core

I feel like this is so simple and I'm just so dumb but at the same time when i google it i get NOTHING that helps me, I had this problem for the past week struggling to fix my datapack and only yesterday I found out that this is the reason it wasn't working. I should probably add that I'm hosting the world on aternos, cuz I'm broke
