Underground Structure with exposed etrance

Basically, I want my structure to spawn underneath giant mountain biomes (Snowy Slopes, Jagged Peaks etc) and have it's entrance be somewhere accessible to the player without them having to mine to find it, so in other words, an exposed entrance..
