What tools are there for Datapack development?

Is tehre a document, with all the tools trhat can be used for datapackl development? Because I might be making things harder for myself by not using them.
Currently what I have is VS code plugins for datapacks, misode's wonderful site, mcstacker, and I just discovered a Mod called FormatFabric that also seems to be useful. 
Are there any that I missed?
Does this server have a post about all the tools somewhere and I just couldn't find it? If not I think it should have one, to make the lives of people easier
