datapack I installed not working

I know this server is mainly for making datapacks, but I got no clue what's wrong with this one as I looked through the code. Not even the load json works on its own (scoreboards don't get created) I tried: -installing the dependencies and resource pack for it -attempted contacting the creator, but didn't work because their discord linked is for updates -looking through the code and messing with it to get at least the load json file to work modrinth link Version: 1.21.1
