Datapacks causing crazy lag

Not my datapacks but I'm running a 1.21 server with some datapacks and it's causing a crazy amt of lag. are there any plugins are datapacks that help with command executions? i ran the server debug through a misode report and 50% of the cpu is being used by datapack commands. any ideas?
