Datapack (Or plugin if needed) help

Im making a rather simple datapack (or plugin if needed) to make so that when i run a function command, it will give a specific player abilities, which i'll explain what they need to do.
I'll pay back with maybe ad revenue, or maybe make something for you. (Like a structure/build for example.)
