chat interactions

hello, so weve been using tellraw for chat interactions with npcs on our server! after you right click them they use a tellraw command to tell you something and thats fine, but in the tellraw command sometimes there is options that you can click on that are supposed to run another tellraw command for the response and thats where the problem is. we found out you cant (or you can but it doesnt work) click on those options if you do not have server op. is there any way that this can be fixed? on top of that is it possible to run 2 commands with one of these chat interactions? such as /give and then /tellraw right after for example? version is 1.20.6 java
