i need someone to help me add a structure

Hi people!! i have ported a minecraft dungeons level into normal minecraft as a world (in structure segments luckily) and have no clue whatsoever on how to make it spawn as rare as woodland mansions and only in snowy biomes, can somebody please help me! if you want to I can send the world download file aswell, thanks!!
