/Place a structure at specific coordinates

I'm trying to place a structure at specific coords (it's a 9x9 strucuture and I want it centred on 0,0). I know I can place it as a template instead which seems to place it precicely but I'm using a processor on it so it has to be a strucure for that. Also it's nice being able to have some variability with the y. Is there a way to get it to place precicely/consistently?
