is it possible to enchant something that is not normally enchantable through enchanting table?

I am working on a new combat item that is using command block as the dummy item, I need it to be enchantable through enchanting table too (there is already a working enchantment that has command block as its "supported" item but its still not enchantable through enchating table, what else am I supposed to do? is it possible?
