Jigsaw isnt spawning

I literally have 3 hours trying to fix this issue, see, I followed every step he (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgynTXegZBY) did in his video, after reloading the world and trying to do /place structure anotherdimensionivasion:nether_center the structure spawned without problems but, the jigsaw, didnt connect to the street even tho I have the same configs on every anotherdimensionivasion:streets. The only thing the jigsaw block did was to turn into a Warped Nylium.
