official documentation for all possible arguments?

ive been tearing my hair out for weeks. sometimes it feels like i stumble on something thats useful, but most of the time im running into a brick wall regarding the commands in java ediiton. for example /give @s bow[minecraft:attribute_modifiers= WHAT IS VIABLE SYNTAX PAST THE EQUAL SIGN? literally nowhere on the internet seems to go into this. all official documentation seems to be for bedrock edition only. i would PREFER if there was some master official documentation that had all the commands and arguments possioble in java but if NOT, what works with the aformentioned bow command in particular. (the goal is to give myself a bow that takes longer to draw or fires a different entity other than the arrow one, or... anything, how many stages it has, what have you)
