Decision Dome

I'm trying to create a decision dome in MCC. For those who don't know. Decision dome is a place where players vote by throwing their eggs. I can get as far as counting the votes, but it doesn't choose the vote. I don't understand why, if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
