how to edit game events that trigger sculk sensor?

Lately I'm working on a 3x3 redstone door that opens with sound of goat horn, I set a calibrated Sculk Sensor to Output of 3 to make it trigger by goat horn sound, but there are two more things that triggers it ( at this output ) shooting projectile and "item_interact_finish" which is eating food and etc, I want to remove this one, I don't want the door to be opened when i eat food, i know it's possible with datapacks but i don't know exactly how, any help is appreciated! And sorry if the post was a lil bit long.
