Crafting Recipe not working on servers

So I made a simple Datapack, which is supposed to make Unbreaking 1 to 3 books craftable. I tested it out in Singleplayer (with all the datapacks which are already on the server) and it works no problem. However when i added it to the datapacks folder on our exaroton hosted fabric server the Crafting recipe does not show up in EMI, and is generally just not there. I honestly have no idea what the problem is here, since other recipes which do not use the stored_enchantments component seem to work without a problem. It working perfectly fine on singleplayer but not on servers makes this even stranger for me. (setting up an entirely new server and trying it wth no other datapacks/modifications gave me the same results, so there doesnt seem to be a compatibility issue here). Sorry for the bad english, since this is not my first language
