Problem trying to load a modified datapack

I wanted to modify Vanilla Tweaks' Wandering Trades (Hermit Edition) in a way, that the Hermit Trades are replaced by other player heads. For some reason tho, whenever I try applying it, the Wandering Trader doesn't have any of the new trades. I've only changed the texture value of the head I want to replace.
