1.21 villager edition

I am currently making a RPG Map on 1.21.1 and I am searching for a custom villager editor, for making custom trades...
I always use some datapacks that that you can create custom villagers and then get the spawn egg, but for 1.21 I just found the "VillEdit" it works fine, but have a lack of features, I cant create invencible villagers, cant change the block on their heads and sometimes the trades start glitching, so I am wondering if you guys know any other custom villager datapack for 1.21, I cant use mods neither plugins!
