can ANYONE help me with loot tables in 1.21?

hi! I have made a loot table after watching tutorials and I am putting it in my datapack where I plan to add structures with custom loot, however I don't know why my loot table isn't working. 
I have an image attatched showing the file path, and I am sure the JSON is fine because I am getting no errors and I used a 3rd party website to make creating it easier. can anyone help mee..?
