Decorated pot with custom loot table

I cannot find the command to /give myself a decorated pot with a custom loot table. I looked at the nbt data of decorated pots with loot tables but I cannot get a command to work. I know for a fact the custom loot table I am using works since I tried spawning in a chest with it and it works. I had a working command back before 1.21 but it no longer works.
