Lapis-free enchanting.

I have no idea if it's even possible, but I want to make a datapack that simply ceases the need for lapis while enchanting. It could either fill the lapis slot with with 3 lapis every time you open the enchanting table, and make it have a tag so if it's in the player's inventory it disappears, or just... making the game think the lapis is in there, despite the slot being empty.
