I Wanna Make A Datapack That Lets Me Parry With The Shield But Im Not Sure Where To Start? I Want It To Somehow Apply Glowing Effect And Freeze The Opponent For Around 2 Seconds, Like You See With The Attached Image. Thank you for any advice.
