Summon written book with writing

It might be getting too late for my brain to work properly but I can't for the life of me figure out the command to summon a written book with writing data in it. the /give command was easy enough to figure out, not sure what I'm supposed to be doing different with /summon summon item ~ ~ ~ {Item:{id:"minecraft:written_book",pages:[{text:'Hello world!'}]}}
