Command Works in Chat but not in command block?

Here is my command, can someone help me understand why it works when pasted into chat but not when in a command block (I'd assume I messed up the selectors but idk)
/execute at @a if score @s team matches 1 run spawnpoint @s 38 -45 -88 0
I want it to set the spawn of every player with score 1 for team to 38 -45 -88 0(angle)
