Cannot find worldgen/processor_list

I'm trying to generate strongholds with my own nbt file. Not sure what the problem here is (see screenshot). I've added code to worldgen/processor_list/stronghold.json
At the moment I'm just copying someone elses code and trying to get it work bit by bit to understand it so not really much idea of what the json files are doing.
