I don't know whats wrong

So im watching a youtube video trying to learn, and i've copied exactly what he has wrote, yet i dont get the message "Arrow on ground!" when the arrow is on the ground after being shot, like he does. All the relevent code is in the screenshots. When getting the data of the arrow entity being shot, it seems to not have the tag "tagged_arrow" which it is meant to have, which im guessing is why it's not working? The video is only 10 months old for 1.20 (I'm 1.21) so I'm wondering if anything small has changed since then? The comments don't say anything but I'm not sure. Thanks
