Add branches with leaves to a birch tree

So I'm trying to make some teaks to the biomes and I'm currently working on the old growth birch forest. I have this idea for the trees.
The idea is: a tall birch tree with 1 or 2 branches with leaves (radius of 1 or 2 maybe)
I've been looking on misode but I don't see any provider that can work with. Is this even possible to make?
