is there any feasible way to make mobs fight for you?

i thought teams did this, but i must have been mistaken. for reference i am using spiders specifically. apparently they have an "AngryAt" tag that dictates what mobs they attack, but i can find scarce information on it and can't find it on any spiders in-game.
