Phantom

ok so I'm making a datapack for a world with me and my friends, and each of us get a special ability. One of my friends wants me to make him the special ability of being able to phase through walls and floors and stuff like the phantom origin in the origins mod. Can anybody help me with this? I have no idea where to even start.
