Installed Tectonic Datapack on an already existing server

I've installed Tectonic on an already existing server. However the new chunks now load on a much higher (50-80 blocks) Y coordinate and it kinda ruins it. Is there a way to make the Tectonic biomes start on the same level as the old worldgen?
