Some complicated shi

I basically want to make custom item. When you hold it in your main hand it will summon an armor stand and constantly tp it 5 block away from your eye. The part i am struggling is how do i make an armor stand attached to the player. How can i make sure i summon only 1 and how can i make sure a players armor stand doesnt tp to another player*
