How to make piglin always point crossbow.

I want to make a given piglin point their crossbow without shooting, is this even possible, if so how? The attached image describes what I want my end result to be. I get a result similar to what I want when I enchant their crossbow with Quick Charge 5, but the shooting of arrows is still an issue.
