TinyInv Datapack

This datapack is addition to tinyinv
I created datapack that is small addition to tinyinv mod
bud i cannot get it working.. i explain better
modpack itself better as you can see it gives credit and effect to me everytime i reload
but code i wrote doesnt wanna to work. (That code should give me one extra slot to my inventory. hotbar specifically)
problem is i cannot get that part working and i dont know what to do anymore
