I can't find datapacks that can help me

Hello so this will be a big work...I think... Soo With some friends we want to make like unique armor so I found a ressource pack with good armor and now I need a datapack or multiple datapacks that can remove all vanilla armor (leather,chainmail,iron,gold,diamond and netherite) from every chest item frame and mobs (if it can help I have two mods that modify villages to have villages with a lot of loot and armor stand with these vanilla armor and another village with little markets that has item frame and armor stand With the armor.And I can't find a datapack that can remove those item frames/item frame/and the armor in the chest AND we can't craft them we can only have them if we are in creative menu or with the /give
