Unable to Disable Recipes from Mod

Im attempting to disable some recipes from the mod and my datapack isnt working for any of the recipes. I've confirmed theyre valid json and im in the right namespace. Does anyone have ideas on what I could be overlooking? For reference, the mod is L_Ender's Cataclysm
