Trying to fix my book function

Hello, I am trying to fix my book in a datapack I am making for a mini-game thing. For some reason, the click actions I am trying to use wont work. 
This book is called the "green book" and it's essentially supposed to give someone 1 life of the player's choosing. The player who randomly receives this book will be able to get a  list of all players who aren't on 0 lives, who doesn't have the max number of lives (6 lives), and who isn't themself. The player is then supposed to click on the username of the player they choose on the list, and it will tag them with the person tag. This tag is so the green book give life trigger will give a life to the right person. On the next page, there is just a simple confirm "YES!" button that will run the "give_greenlife1" trigger and give the other player who has the "person" tag a single life point. 
I only just do not know why my click actions for the player names and the yes button do not work. If someone could help me, that would be amazing!
