issue with block loot table not working? 1.19.2

im doing a datapack for a modded playthrough and im having an issue trying to change the iron ore's loot table. the game just doesnt change the block's drops after i reload and i dont know what ive done wrong. i used misode's loot table generator and ive also changed a few crafting recipes in the datapack and that works so i know its something wrong only with the loot table portion of it
