Datapacks not working anymore

I made some fun and fully working 1.21 Snapshot Datapacks a while back, already using the new nbt structure style. It was made for 24w11a and there It all worked perfectly fine, after Updating them to 1.21 nothing worked anymore, anyone got an easy way to fix this? What Changed?
