VS Code Selecting

Whenever I highlight something like 0 for example, it also slightly highlights all the other 0s in that function. Is there a way I can highlight every single 0 and replace it with anything I want. Or does anyone know how to use the find and replace feature and select the first of something in a line, like if I only want the first 0 in a command, instead of the second time it appears
