Pig to piglin datapack time conversion

I want to make a minecraft datapack where pigs in nether convert to piglins. The datapack already works, but I've been trying to get it so that the pig takes 15 seconds to convert. How do i do this? This is what I've gotten so far. Sorry for how messy the file is.
