I'm in a predicament and can't figure out how to get rid of the old dungeons in Minecraft

So the thing is I'm hearing online that it's hardcoded, if that's the case what am I supposed to do to so I can actually replace them in a Minecraft world. I also can't find the "data" folder everyone's talking about online where every structure exists so I don't know the names of the structures properly.
