Floor crafting with custom block?

I am working on a datapack to add custom food and crafting tables don't work well for it. I am going to use floor crafting since it can recognize custome items, but I have a custom block I'd like to use. I need the game to only do the floor crafting for these food recipes if they are being crafted on the custom block. Is it possible to detect that?
