Trim template

Hi, I am making a custom trim that I do have working currently (1.20.6) using a stick as the placeholder for the trim template. I would like to put on a custom model data number to that stick and have only that stick work as a trim but I am unsure on the syntax that I would need to get it working like that. Google hasn't helped in giving me an answer on if it is or isn't possible to do.
