[1.16.5] loot table datapack throwing error

Trying to make a custom loot table that drops some modded items. it was throwing an error every time, so i tried to make it simply drop stone to ensure it wasn't an issue with the modded item and it still had the same error. So i just went to the misode generator and made the same table on there, and it's still throwing the error.  error and datapack are attached.
Using forge, afaik it shouldnt affect it but i may be wrong
