Changing Fishing Loot Table for Different Areas

Im trying to first: change the fishing loot table to see if I can even do it. And then I want to make it so that in certain areas, when a player fishes they use a loot table and then when they fish in a different area they use a different loot table and so on. Someone told me that you can accomplish this with Conditions which I'm kinda confused about.
