Ore generation datapack not working (1.19.2)

I am trying to write a datapack to generate Mekanism's Osmium Ore on the moon from Ad Astra. Right now, I am just trying to get the datapack to work (hence why it is stone_ore_replaceables and not moonstone). Every time I try to create a world, I get "datapack validation failed". Does my code look right? Any help appreciated.
