dropped item changes

i want to make it so that my mob drops something that will trigger a command to drop something else. i made a silverfish drop sticks with NBT tags so that i can spawn pre made items with it but i cant get it to work. letting the silverfish drop the item direct would make the spawn command way too long so i decided to make it work like this.
