right click detection works but wont execute commands

so yeah I made  a datapack that detects warped fungus on a stick rc but it just wont execute my commands, I've tried to follow tutorials and bugfixed but no avail, any idea if why?
i even set up a scoreboard to see if the right click was working and it is but wont exectue commands
